Thunderbird 2002 by Michael Lamm
128 pages Editorial Reviews Here's the first complete and in-depth account of the creation of the motoring world's latest retro-styled headturner-the 2002 Thunderbird set for release early that year. In June 2000, Ford announced it would sell a production version of the automobile it unveiled on the 1999 North American auto show circuit. Author Michael Lamm examines why Ford decided to revisit the Thunderbird's roots and revive the two-seater concept. He also explores in detail how the 2002 Thunderbird was planned, designed, and engineered, as well as how it's assembled. The book also explains the 2002 Thunderbird's features and standard equipment (like its 3.9-liter V8), options (like the six-speed, twin-supercharged V8 rumored to be under development), model heritage, and T-Bird collectibles. |

The Ford Thunderbird Anthology by Harry W. Alaria
CD-ROM Reviewer: A reader Incredible CD-ROM with everything you could posibly want to know about the 1955 to 1966 classic T-Birds. Hundreds of high-res photos. It even has TV commercials and sound effects. The screen saver is worth the price alone! I also have other titles from this author which I also love! |

Soaring Spirit Thirty Five Years of the Ford Thunderbird (3820055) by John F. Katz
64 pages, through 1990 Reviewer: "jwpete" (NJ USA) John Katz is probably the most important automotive historian of this time. His books are methodically and painstakingly researched, and his writing style is engaging and enjoyable. If you car about cars, you need this book. |

Thunderbird! an Illustrated History of the Ford T-Bird. (His the Ford Series,) by Ray, Miller (Hardcover - June 1, 1973)
304 pages Reviewer: a reader (Zachary, La United States) This book has a lot of good information on 1955 thru 1966 Thunderbirds. Although not complete with respect to information on every aspect of a concours restoration, and hindered by mostly black and white photos of the details of each year, it is still an excellent resource for anyone restoring a 1966 or older Thunderbird. It is especially good for those interrested in the two seaters from 55 - 57. This is a good book for the Tbird owner as well as those who just plain love what is probably the most innovative and trend setting car of the post war era. A must have for any Thunderbird lover. |

Thunderbird Milestones (Enthusiast Color Series) by Mike Mueller
96 pages Product Description: The Ford Thunderbird became a classic the moment it was introduced in 1955, rivaled in its appeal only by the Mustang and Corvette. Exemplary photography features cars from all eras. Special emphasis is given to the marketing strategies that helped make the T-Bird Ford's signature car for more than 40 years. |

Ford Thunderbird by ROY BACON
128 pages Reviewer: "thunderbird3" (Escondido, ca United States) I have been a Thunderbird owner for 30 years. This book is by far the worst, poorly written and technically uncorrect piece of junk I have ever seen on the Early Birds |
